Ingredients

Khichdi -1 big bowl
Wheat flour – As required
Salt -As per your taste buds
Achar masla /garam masala – 1tps
Ajwain /Carom seeds -1tps
Water to prepare batter

Method

In a bowl add Khichdi ,salt ,Ajwain and achar masala .Next add 1/2bowl flour and mix well ,add more flour and mix well (total 1/4th cup flour used). Add Lil Water to get proper dough consistency .

Make small balls and roll it up with rolling pin. And cook them on pan with lil oil.
Our unique breakfast recipe is ready to serve hot with ketchup or ghee.
