  3. A lot of dislikes. But you gotta understand that it is just culture to use every part of an animal so it doesn't go to waste. In South Korea, every part of the ox is used, the meat, organs, bones, even the blood. Nothing is gone to waste.
    The bones like the tailbone are used to make ox stew, eat the meat off the bone and the bone itself makes the soup cloudy and rich in protein and nutrients. There are other types of stews such as clotted ox blood, and even stew with meats such as intestines/stomach/ox tongue. Of course, they season it to make it taste better.
    How is that different compared to another culture that eats the head meat of another animal?
