  2. Curious, how does one live a plant based lifestyle if levels fluctuate between being diabetic and then levels not! Fruit = sugars, carbs

  3. Great tips guys! I will say you still have to be careful with sides. I have ordered bean and greens that came with bacon. Also vegetables smothered in butter. The wait staff sometimes don't understand when you ask about dairy or animal products in the food. I'm going to make your granola for a trip to NYC next week. 😉
