Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Lemon Juice –
Wash and drain poha (if its thick)
Heat oil in a kadai splutters mustard seeds, urad dal , peanuts and curry leaves ..
Cook potato and keep aside.
Then add onion, green chilli and saute.
Now add carrot and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add turmeric powder and chilli powder.
now add cooked potato and mix.
Now add poha and mix well..
Then check the salt ..
Finally, add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
