Hello Viewers!!!! Good evening all. We all know Avocado …it is also called as healthy natural butter. And it can be consumed in many forms mixed with different types of vegetables. Can be Combined with salads. It also goes well with banana Chips or potato Chips. Today I’ll be showing how to make Avocado Cheese Sandwich, though it can be only 3 ingredients sandwich, I am using some veggies also to make a healthy starter. Avocados are very good for health. They are a great source of Vitamins and has many nutritional benefits. Avocados are mostly not available in home, but when you have one , do try this simple recipe…you will surely love it. So let’s have a look at ingredients. These all are easily available in our kitchen except the avocados.
😋Avocado Cheese Sandwich😋
1) 6 Slices of Brown Breads.
2) 1/4 the part of Ripe Avocado *
3) 8-10 Slices of Tomato
4) 8-10 Slices of Cucumber
5) 8-10 Slices of Onion
6) 4 Tspn Coriander chilly Chutney *
7) 2 Tspn Chaat Masala.( Optional- Salt)
8) 2 Tbspn Amul Cheese Spread or as per choice*
9) 4-5 Tbspn of Amul butter*
10) 2 Tspn Oregano.
11) 2 Tspn Mixed Herbs.

1) *Only use Ripe avocado, which can be easily mashed. To check whether avocado is ready, the outer cover will be blackish and it can be pressed with finger & you can feel it can be mashed.
2) *Coriander Chilly Chutney is only 1 chilly with some coriander along with salt grinded to a paste.
3)* You can also use Processed Cheese , Or cheese slice if you don’t have Cheese spread.
4) * You can also use home made butter instead of Amul butter. Butter can also be kept optional inside as avocado is a natural butter, but while roasting apply butter above bread.
5) If you like spicy , you can sprinkle some Chilli flakes & crushed Pepper
