(For vegetarian chicken can be replaced with tofu / low fat paneer / nutri or vegetables)

Ingredients that you need are 👇🏻

🔸1 Chopped red onion
🔸2-3 green chili
🔸Ginger & Garlic Paste
🔸2 chopped tomatoes
🔸half lemon
🔸some cilantro

Spices –

🔹1-2 dried bay leaves
🔹7-8 clove
🔹3 cardamom
🔹1/2 tbsp cumin seed
🔹1/2 tbsp red chili powder (optional)
🔹2 tbsp garam masala
🔹3 dried red chili
🔹1/2 tbsp black pepper
🔹1 tbsp salt
🔹1 tbsp turmeric
🔹1 tbsp fenugreek
