Braised Pork Chops | Instant Pot Recipe (slow cooker mode)
Recipe for Braised Pork Chops prepared in an Instant Pot.
Yummy! Braised Pork Chops prepared with Marsala wine, onions, garlic, granny smith apple and more. Delicious Autumn Dinner

Pork Chops (if you use thinner cut, reduce the time braised)
1/4 Marsala Wine
1/4 cup dried cranberries
3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
3/4 onion to 1 whole onion, peeled and cut in random chunks
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
Approximately 3/4 to 1 cup beef broth
Salt & Pepper to taste
Olive oil for browning

  4. Oh, Jill, my Julia Child friend, this looks amazing! It’s going in my WW recipe builder so I can try it and stay within my point budget. I love roasted Brussels sprouts. Don’t know about butternut squash, but even if I had to skip them, this would still be delicious. ❤️ in the event that the Marsala wine is too costly point-wise, what would you recommend as a substitute?
