Hi guys, today I’m gonna show you how to cook Apulian bread balls.
It’s an easy, quick and very old recipe. There’s no meat, cause it was an expensive ingredient. Infact people ate meat just to celebrate special occasions.
During Sunday lunch, we use to eat them as a finger food or with meat Ragù.

Ingredients:
500 gr of water-soaked bread
180 gr of pecorino cheese
1/2 clove of garlic
3 eggs
parsley
