In a large pot of boiling water, cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, add 2 spoons butter. Cook until the butter is melted and add 1 spoon garlic, 1/4 red chili flakes, 1.5 spoon Maida, and pour 1 cup milk and add 3 cheese slices. and season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Remove from heat.
Add cooked pasta and and Grilled chicken toss until coated in sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
