Chicken Samosa Recipe By Lip Smacking Food | Ramadan Special Recipe

Ingredients:
Murgi ka qeema (Minced Chicken): 1/2 kg
Lassan powder (Garlic powder): 1 TBS
Pyaz (Onion): 1 medium size
Hari Mirch (Green chilli): 1 or 2 round cuts
Soya sauce: 1/8 cup
Kali mirch (Black pepper): 1 TSP
Namak (Salt): 1 TSP
Dhaniya k pattay(Coriander leaves): 1 hand
Tail (Oil)
Samosay ki pattiyan (Samosa sheets)
Directions:
Ek pan mein qeema,lassan powder, pyaz, hari mirch, soya sauce, kali mirch, namak, dal kar achi tarah mix karlain. Jb qeema gal jai tou uper se dhaniya k pattay daal dain. Ab qeemay ko ek bowl mein nikal kar samosay ki patti mein barh dain. Aur pan mein tail garam kar k deep fry karlain jb tak k samosay golden brown na hojain. Garam Garam samosay ko dish mein nikal kar pesh karain.
In a cooking pan add minced chicken, garlic powder, onion, green chillies, soya sauce, black pepper, salt and stir it until chicken is soft. Afterwards sprinkle coriander leaves over it. Then take out minced chicken in a bowl and fill in the samosa sheets. Now take a cooking pan and deep fry samosa until golden brown. Dish out the samosa and serve it.
