  3. Hello Marion, if you substitute stock for the shiao hsing wine, would it still be the same amount? Thank you for always mentioning good substitute for alcoholic ingredients. I am from the Philippines but my work is in Saudi Arabia. It is difficult to find ingredients here especially if it has the word alcoholic or wine into it. Thanks in advance. 😀
