Ingredients for 4 persons:
250 g fine noodles
350 g chicken fillet
2 tbsp peanut oil
6 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp fried onions
1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile cut the chicken fillet into strips. Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the chicken fillet for 3 minutes. Add the wok vegetable and oyster sauce and cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Add the noodles to the vegetables and heat for another 2 minutes. Stir well. Divide the plates and sprinkle with the fried onions.
You can also replace the chicken fillet with beef strips of natural or cocktail shrimp.
