Hi guys! So happy to share with you this new recipe. It is a breakfast dish in China. Every time when I go back to China, I will have this as my breakfast. It always reminds me of my childhood cuz every morning when I go to school, I’d like to have this and paired with chinese donut or chinese crep as my breakfast. It is high in protein and low in calories. It is savory and very fullfill. It energied me throughout the whole day 😉😉

Ingredients:
3 or 4 Shitaki mushroom
1/4 Tbs dried black fungus
4 Tbs corn starch (plus 1/2 cup of water in order to make starch water)
2 Cups of water
1 Green onion
some Cilantro
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Pack of silken tofu
2 Cloves of garlic
1 Inch of ginger
2 Tbs of dark soy sauce
2 Tbs of regular soy sauce
