INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED NOODLES
Local chinese noodles – 1 pkt
Water to cook the noodles
Salt as per taste
Oil for deep fry
Corn flour -2 tbsp.
Crispy fried Chinese noodles
Boil enough water in a big pan.
Once the water boils add the noodles and salt.
Cook till almost done not over cooked.
Strain and refresh under running tap.
Spread on a big plate to dry.
Once the noodles dry sprinkle corn flour over the noodles.
All the noodles should be coated with cornflour.
Deep fry in batches till light golden brown and crispy on medium flame.
While frying the noodles take the shape of nest.
Remove on absorbent paper.
Scramble the noodles and store it in airtight container.
Use whenever required .
Serve these crispy noodles with schezwan sauce or make Chinese noodles, American chopsuey or serve with hot soup.
Don’t overcook the noodles.
After cooking keep the noodles in fridge for sometime
You can also fry in air fryer.
Fry on medium flame.
Thin egg noodles would be better
Go for local noodles which you get in kirana shop for 10- 15 rs.
