Pack of Mushrooms
5 Habanero Peppers (optional for people who love SPICE in their life)
2 jars of 23oz Spaghetti Sauce (of your choice)
1 can (6 oz) Tomato paste
1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
1 package (16 ounces) whole grain spaghetti noodles
1. Prep the vegetables by slicing up the Zucchini, Squash, Garlic and Habanero Peppers.
2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic until it is golden brown then add Zucchini and Squash. Add seasonings to your liking (paprika, lemon pepper, pepper). After 4 minutes add the mushrooms and cook for 3 more minutes. Saute the Habanero peppers in a smaller pan.
3. After the spaghetti is done, drain the noodles. Add the spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste and dried oregano to the noodles. Then add the vegetables and peppers and stir everything together.
Yield: 7+ servings.
