Thyme -fresh is best
Rosemary- fresh is best
1 1/2 cup of red wine
Rack of Lamb
Add all spices to meat on all sides
Brown meat on all sides
Add red wine
Cook 20 minutes on 1 side at 275 degrees
Flip meat and cook for 20 more minutes
Let meat Rest for 5 minutes before Slicing
Serve over Couscous or Potatoes
