1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 lbs lamb or beef works well
Salt to taste
Black pepper
1 tbsp pimento pepper sauce
2 tbsp green seasoning
2 tsp ginger
1 small onion chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
Scallion and celery
1 tbsp garlic
1 tomato cube
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp ketchup – optional
1 guinness
2 cups stock or water – only if you need it.

  2. It looks yummy but rather stew the the lamb with out oil because lamb has a lot oil ..Guinness this is new wow this goes nice fry bake or rice and pea 👍👍
