Very delicious and healthy samosa recipe for the Ramadan 2018 ! This Ramadan recipe is healthy, delicious and very easy to make!
You can also store the samosas in the freezer. Bake halfway than put in the freezer. When you want to eat samosas, take them out of freezer and bake or fry them. Fry both sides until golden brown of color.
PS: you could use any filling you like. I choose for chicken breast with green peas and potatoes. Try to make a combination of potatoes with vegetables or potatoes with minced meat or potatoes with chicken breast. You can add green peas or chickpeas if you like. Some might like this recipe with cheese. So add some cheese on top of the filling.
