French. Easy. SO Delicious.
Join us as we make Honey Madeleines. A delicacy originating from the Lorraine region in northeastern France, Madeleines are single portion, essentially similar to sponge cake but lighter, and with a very unique shell shape from being baked in a traditional moulded pan.
Add some edible lavender in the batter, and you have an ever so delightful and light, French afternoon tea to showoff to your friends. Plus – they’re super easy to make.
Join us Paris to Provence: Festival Français de Melbourne, in 2018 as we transform the whimsical grounds of Como House and Garden into a French pop up village for 3 days. Of course, we invite you on our journey (no passport needed) throughout the year as we bring to you a selection of French recipes and introduce you to our full cast of French exhibitors and partners, spread throughout Victoria and Australia. Nov 30 to Dec 2, 2018.
