This version uses 4 types of dark seasonings which are Filipino soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, Knorr seasoning and Japanese soy sauce. It’s marinated for at least 2 hours.
When it comes to steak, my family loves it. This is one of them. You can’t go wrong with this one unless you burn the garlic. What I did to prevent it is put the butter as soon as the garlic browns stopping the garlic from browning further.
