1/2 tsp – Cumin Seeds
1/2 – Red onion Chopped
1 – Tomato Chopped
1/2 tsp – Turmeric
1/2 tsp – Red Chilli Powder
Juice of 1/2 a lime
3 Medium sized potatoes
1. Peel and chop the 3 potatoes into chunks.
2. Boil until cooked but not too soft.
3. In hot oil add in the first set of ingredients in that order and one by one.
4. Add the potatoes and cook for a further few minutes.
