Corn flour – 250 gm
Sugar – 500 gm
Ghee – 100 gm
Melon seeds (magaz)- 2 tbsp
Dry nuts (chopped)- 1/3 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1 tsp
Food colour -orange
In a bowl add corn flour and water and make a batter.
In a pan add sugar then add corn batter and keep stirring.
Add nuts and mix well.
Add ghee step by step and keep stirring till the corn flour cook in a ghee.
Remove it on tray. Use butter pepper to lay tray.
Sprinkle remaining nuts. And keep for set at room temperature for 3 to 4 hrs.
Cut and serve.
