1 large plantain
Coconut Oil Spray ( I used Trader Joe’s Brand)
Bring water to a boil with a dash of pink Salt. Boil plantains until very soft.
Remove from water and peel off the skin with a knife and a fork (or 2 knives like I did, just kidding). Then cut plantain into smaller pieces.
Spray a non-stick pan with coconut oil and place the plantains in the pan. Then spray plantains with coconut oil and add a dash of cinnamon on top.
Let plantains cook for about 3- 5 minutes on medium low then flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes and voila you are ready to eat!
