How to: Vegan Hemp Pesto Recipe

Guy from Bondi Harvest and Lola use 100% Aussie grown Hemple Hearts and Hemple Cold Pressed Oil.

Hemple Hearts are a great source of plant-based omega 3 & 6 essential fatty acids, plus bioavailable protein, vitamins and minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium and vitamin B1.

Pair that omega-rich Hemple Cold Pressed Oil and antioxidant packed basil and you’re nourishing your body from the inside out.

– 3 garlic cloves (start with 1.5 to suit your taste – we love it garlic-y!)
– 200g Hemple Hearts
– 200ml Hemple Cold Pressed Hemp Oil
– 3 hand fulls of basil
– Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
– Two tablespoons nutritional yeast
– Salt and pepper

Throw it all into a blender or food processor and pulse until chunky
