INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground pork
8 oz chopped kimchi
1/2 cup (4 oz) kimchi liquid
1 cup scallions
1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp crushed minced ginger
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp Korean red pepper powder
2 tbsp potato starch (or corn starch)
2 tsp sesame oil
10 oz package of round dumpling wrappers
water to seal dumplings

DUMPLING SAUCE
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp sesame oil

  3. Ahhhhk! Metal chopsticks! Korean's and Chine's must have very different traditions.   I love dumplings and will give this mix a try though I do like my dumplings steamed in a little chicken broth.   I know they will be good 'cause every recipe of yours that I have tried has turned out great.   I.e.: Your pozole(sp) recipe has become a winter time "go to" at my house.

  4. This looks so easy and delicious! We have a new Korean market finally within driving distance and they make their own Kimchee!! Just a question, can these be frozen? May you and all your family be well.
