Let’s make a quick and easy lemon pepper roast chicken.
2 Tbsp Citric Acid (“sour salt”)
2 Tbsp Ground black pepper
1 Whole chicken
Rub chicken with lemon pepper seasoning like you’re in love. Roast at 350 until thickest part of the meat is at least 165F (took me about 2 hours). Enjoy.
