Smoothie ingredients:
1 Cup Hemp Milk
2 Scoop Collagen Protein from Primal Kitchen
1 TBS JIF Natural Peanut butter
1 Tbs flax seed (I usually use chia seeds but we were out.)
1 tbs coconut oil
dash of sea salt
1/2 dropper of liquid stevia
