  1. As one of the commenters mentioned, this looks like Tapioca. However, I am sure "looks like" is where it begins and ends. But can you tell me what is the consistency of this?? Is it like Tapioca??? Do the seeds soften up that much after several hours or overnight in the fridge? Or are they still firm or al dente? I just would like to know what to expect………………thanks so much. Love all your videos.
