Meteka is a very tasty flower and water lily which is loved by Assamese tribal people. Today in this video I show you how to cook meteka in steam without using oil or frying.
There are two methods I showed you;
1) Cooking meteka in kou paat wrap
2) Cooking open without leaf wrap
I have also added Gahori (Pork) to enhance the cooking and taste of the Meteka dish
