Keep these bite-sized, power-packed, delightful chocolate treats at the ready for when the dessert craving hits. This is extremely easy to make, with a short ingredient list and no cooking involved. And it is well proven to be a great party pleaser 🙂

1 cup peanut butter
4 oz vegan dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup roasted pistachios or hazelnuts
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup plant milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Topping: 1/4 cup roasted pistachios or hazelnuts, coarsely chopped.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the topping, and process until smooth. Line a container (approximately 5×7 inches) with parchment paper and spread the mixture in the container. Sprinkle with the topping, cover and refrigerate overnight (or chill for at least 2 hours in the freezer). Serve frozen or thawed, depending on your preference.
