Ingredients:

For Poori Dough:

1.5 cups of wheat flour
1 tbs of sooji (rava)
1 tsp of oil
Salt to taste

For Poori Bhaji/Masal:

3 medium size potato
2 tomato
1 onion
2 green chilly
1 red chilly
1 tbs of rice flour
1 tsp of mustard seeds
1 tsp of urad dal
1 tsp of chana dal
1 tbs of oil
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice (optional)
