For grinding masala:-
1 cup mint/pudina
1/2 cup coriander leaves/kottambari soppu
4 green chillis/hasimenasu
8-9 garlic/bellulli
small ball sized Ginger/Shunti

2-3 bay leaves/pulao ele
1/4 tsp clove/lavanga
3-4 cinnamon/dalchini
1/4 tsp jeera/jeerige
2 star anise/nakshatrasompu gida
2 cardamon pods/elakki
1/4 tsp fennel seeds/sompu
1/4 tsp shahi jeera
1 cup sliced onion/eerulli
1/4 cup potato/aloo
1/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup beans
1/4 cup peas/batani
1 glass sona masoori rice
salt as required
