I hope you all are doing great. This video is my self created recipe of Quinoa Stir Fry. The healthy, nutritious and delicious version of your typical fried rice. This is flavourful, full of vegetables and extremely easy to make.
I always find ways of alternating my meals with things that are healthier at the same time hate compromising with taste. Firm believer of ‘what’s life without good food’?
So this is yet another recipe that’s delicious and super healthy. So you can eat guilt free and enjoy.
The ingredients used are as follows though you can use any vegetable of your choice –
8. Green Chilli
10. Red Chilli Flakes
11. Olive Oil
12. Corn Flour
13. Soya Sauce
14. Stir Fry Sauce
16. Green Chilli Sauce
17. Oyster Sauce
19. Salt (can add Black Pepper too)
21. Spring Onion
PS : For the strict vegetarians, you can skip the Oyster Sauce from this recipe.
