Issa seafood potato salad!!! Hey yall!! As promised .. here is the recipe and video tutorial for the seafood potato salad! Yall know red cup weekend is coming up!! Dont just take the Hennessy, and 1738 to the cookout.. be the person to bring the other important thang! The potato salad!!! Listen yall! This is soooo good! The seasonings are SOPPED up in there !!! Cooking the potatoes in chicken stock, seasoning salt and old bay gives it all the flava it needs!! Here’s a tip… allow the potatoes to cool completely in the fridge .. adding the potatoes to the mix cold will keep u from having to adjust the seasonings once it sits in the fridge.. ( because sometimes u have to do that when u mix it warm and then let it cool) .. when u allow the potatoes to cool completely in the fridge u dont have to worry about adjusting seasoning after it sits .. Listen add or take away whatever u want !! Make it yours!!!! U can use the recipe without adding seafood.. its still gonna be good as hell! Adjust to taste as you mix it and so on .. keep it old school and garnish it with paprika and eggs just like my mama and aunties do!! 😂 this recipe serves about 8 folks.. so if u need more DOUBLE THE RECIPE!!!!! Here are the written measurements..
32 oz Chicken stock Or 1 cup chicken bouillon powder and 32 oz water
2 tbs seasoning salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning 5 russet potatoes 5 eggs
2 cups mayo ( dukes)
3 tablespoon dijion mustard
1/3 cup sweet salad cubes ( or sweet relish)
3 tbs Sugar
1 tbs lemon juice
1/2 tbs seasoning salt
2 tbs old bay seasoning
About 1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 1/2 lbs large cleaned an deveined )shrimp
1 .5 cups Crab meat ( as much as you want
