Sorry this took me a while to upload. Is this still considered #Vlogtober? LOL! BUT, As some of you may know, I got sick early this flu season and it hit me hard! For a while I wanted to do a #MorningRoutine showing you how I get ready most days so I thought why not use this to my advantage and bring you a sick morning routine! I see a few on here that IMO are just so unrealistic! If snot is coming out of my nose AND my eyes, you will not see me putting on a full face of make up!! And I’m sure you all can relate!

–Cinnamon Peach Oatmeal–
-1 cup oats
-1-1 1/2 cups almond milk
-1/2 – 1 peach (or any fruit really!)
-almonds (or any nuts)
-Add milk and salt to pan and bring to boil.
-Add oats and cinnamon (and any other seasoning you’d like to add like clove or nutmeg)
-Simmer for 5 minutes.
-Add peaches and cook for an additional 1 minute.
-Transfer to bowl and add nuts and agave nectar.
– 2-3 cups veggie stock or water (or both)
– 6 mushroom caps
– 2 small-ish carrots
– 2 celery stocks
– 1/2 red onion
– 3-4 radishes
– 1-1 1/2 cup of kale
– 6-7 cloves garlic
– 1/2 cup coriannder/cilantro
– 1/3 can of corn
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– Oregano, basil, rosemary
– 1 – 2 tablespoon tumeric
– 1 cup quinoa
– Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning salute (has 21 seasonings)
– 2 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
– salt & pepper
Add everything to a crock pot/slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours! Enjoy!
