Soup puree With Potatoes And Pumpkin (Pumpkin Soup) is a delicious dish for vegetarians.
– Pumpkin – 400g
– Potatoes – 800g
– Water – 1.5-2 l
– Salt – 1.5 tsp.
– Sugar – 1 tbsp.
– Coconut milk – 1 cup
Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces. Put it all in the pan. Add water, salt and sugar. Cook for 30-40 minutes until cooked. Grind into a puree. Add coconut milk. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Done! Bon Appetit!
