Spaghetti With Cheese And Walnuts is a delicious and nutritious dish for lacto-ovo vegetarians (contains dairy products).
– Spaghetti – 200-250g
– Cheese – 150g
– Walnut kernels – 50g
– Garlic – 2 cloves
– Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp.
– Coconut oil – 1 tsp.
– Salt – 1/2 tsp.
– Italian herbs – 1/3 tsp.
Boil spaghetti in salted water until cooked. Grate the cheese. Chop garlic and walnuts. Pour 2-3 tbsp. of vegetable oil on a preheated frying pan. Add garlic. Fry until golden brown. Add walnuts. Put spaghetti. Add cheese and coconut oil, salt and spices. Mix well. Fry over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Done! Bon Appetit!
