INGREDIENTS:

– 4 eggplants
– 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
– salt
– fresh basil
– 3 eggs
– 50 gr pecorino cheese
– capers
– ½ litre of tomato sauce with basil
– 1 slice of water-soaked bread
– 40 gr bread crumbs
