1/2 cup -Plain Rolled Oats
Cinnamon
1 cup of water
1/4 cup of shredded zucchini
1 tbsp of Cacao powder
2 tbsp of Chia seeds
2 tbsp of almond butter
2 tbsp of Coconut flakes
1 tbsp of honey
3/4 cups of frozen berries
