  1. Yum yum, Vince! I used to make it similar to yours, but now I've been leaning towards a brownie-base (with applesauce, beans, oat flour) instead of oil and nectar because I am trying to lose weight, lol, but omg your fudge looked super delish!!👍

  2. Coconut oil has more LDL and saturated fat than butter. It does increase HDL too tho.

  3. Nice! I've tried Caitlin Shoemaker's two recipe fudge and she uses nut or seed butter instead of just plain oil. Her recipe is with melted chocolate chips so the raw cacao is a healthier alternative, but I would feel like you would need something like maple syrup in order to balance it out, but if you were to use something like peanut butter which already has such a strong flavor, you probably wouldn't need to use that much sweetener.
