Honestly …I’d eat this daily if I could. Actually though. They’re SO good & Fluffy! Let me know if you try the recipe & whatcha think!
Recipe (mine made 3 large pancakes):
-1 cup flour (I used oat)
-2 tablespoons organic sugar (I replaced with a squirt of stevia)
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1 cup non dairy milk (I used cashew)
-1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-topped with syrup!
*I also mixed in cinnamon and a banana, and topped with hemp hearts and peanut butter powder!
