Ingredients for poori :-
Rice flour, wheat flour, urad flour, salt, jeera, hing, water.

For bombay saagu :-
Onion, tomato, potato, garlic, putani (roasted bengal gram), coconut, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, masala chilli powder, water, curry coriander leaves, oil, mustard cumin seeds.
