If you are on low carb diet, cannot eat gluten or like crunchy snacks this recipe is for you. Very savory and crunchy, these crackers made in dehydrator are perfect for dips, cheese or just as snack on their own. You can play with spices, veggies or make them simple and plain.
Chia Seeds – 3 Tbsp ( FULL)
Flax Seeds – 4 Tbsp ( FULL)
Celery – 1 stalk
Tomato – 1 ea
Lemon Juice – 1 TBSP
Salt by taste ( optional)
Oregano -1 Tbsp
Ground Coriander – 1/2 Tbsp
Paprika – 1/2 Tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1/2 Tbsp
Salt and Pepper by taste (optional)
-Blend together tomato, celery and lemon juice. Mix in well with chia, flax seeds and spices.
-Spread on the dehydrator fruit roll sheet ( if you do not have it use the parchment paper).
-Pre-cut the shapes of crackers using butter knife.
-Set temperature on 110F and dehydrate for 8+ hours ( depending on your dehydrator).
Check by taking one cracker out and if it breaks easily and is crunchy, it is ready.
