Hey dreamer!

Today I am going to show you guys how to meal prep for the meal. These are all vegan meal prep ideas that are low budget and since I am cooking for both my boyfriend and I, these last us for about 3 days! We will be making a buddha bowl and a delicious vegan chilli con carne! I am not a vegan but I rarely ever eat meat, and if I do, its salmon or tuna. I am determined to work harder to have a healthier lifestyle so join me! There will be more fitness videos coming up and I hope you guys like it!

💜Ingredients & Cooking Directions💜

🍲🍅Vegan Chilli Con Carne (4 to 5 servings)

Ingredients:
2 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 can of corns
1 can of kidney beans
Vegetable Stock
Salt
Pepper
Sunflower oil
Cubed tomatoes
Tomato concentrate
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium size onion
Water to cover all ingredients

Method:
1.Peel and cut sweet potatoes into cubes
2.Sautéed sweet potatoes with garlic and onions onions turn slightly transculen
3.Add salt and pepper
Add in kidney beans and corn after rinsing it with water
add in tomato cubes
add in 1 table spoon full of tomato concentrate
add in enough water to cover all ingredients
add in 1.5 table spoon of vegetable stock
Let it simmer in low heat
add salt and pepper to taste
Done once sweet potatoes are soft ! Ready to serve

Buddha Bowl 🍚🍚

Ingredients:
500g of Brown rice
One packet of Fresh lettuce or spinach
1 can of chick peas
Turmeric
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Avocado (half for each serving)
Sunflower oil

Buddha bowl sauce
4 table spoon Tahini or Peanut sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
salt
2 teaspoon of agave syrup

Method:
1.Cook brown rice 1:1.5 (water proportions)
2.Wash lettuce and cut desired size
Rinse chickpeas and pan fry it with oil, salt and turmeric for 5 minutes
Cut and slice avocado
Add all ingredients into a bowl and add in the self made buddha bowl sauce
