♨︎INGREDIENTS ♨︎
((All from Trader Joe’s))
-Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
-Garlic & Herb Pizza Dough (has some oil in it)
-Pizza Sauce (Fat Free)
-Steamed Lentils
-Cruciferous Crunch Salad Mix
-Baby Spinach
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Salt
**Coconut Oil Spray (optional)
✷ I’m not going to give one set of specific measurements since everyone prefers different ratios of cheese to veggies and sizes of the individual pockets. I only used half of the pizza dough and was able to make ~8 pizza pockets total, in varying sizes. For most medium-large pockets, I used 1/2-1 T of each filling (cheese, veg, lentil).

♨︎ DIRECTIONS ♨︎
-Sauté cruciferous crunch + spinach in water *oil-free option*
-Let dough thaw for a bit, roll out into circular shapes in various sizes about 1/2 cm thick.
-Add the filling into the middle of the dough and fold over into a sort of half moon to create the pocket.
-Add spices into the filling and sprinkle them on top of the pockets (experiment with different spices!)
**Spray a tiny bit of the oil (optional) – still very close to oil free, since it is such a minuscule amount.
-Set the Air Fryer to 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
-Check on the pizza pockets around halfway through cooking time and flip!
-You may want to adjust the time of cooking or flipping based on how big your pizza pockets are.
-Keep an eye on these babies! They’re done when the crusts harden up and turn golden brown.
-Repeat for more batches. I made 2 batches in ~15 mins.
