– 10 to 12 Jalapeños
– 1 Tub Vegan Cream Cheese
– 1 Package Vegan Cheese Shreds (Recommended: Follow Your Heart Fiesta Style)
Instructions: Slice each jalapeño in half and remove seeds. Mix cream cheese and cheese shreds together in a bowl. Fill each jalapeño half to the brim with the cheese mixture. Place on a cookie sheet or tin foil and barbecue until the cheese is melted (the jalapeños will be lightly browned at this point). Serve immediately!
