Paneer Khurchan is a quick and easy recipe.It is a very good option for beginners and bachelors.Here I am using the clay pot, but it is not necessary .You can make this recipe with your own choice of utensils.So enjoy this authentic Paneer Khurchan recipe with roti/paratha/lachha paratha/naan.You can also serve it with rice and dal.

COOKING TIME (clay pot)-45 minutes
(normal utensils)-25minutes

INGREDIENTS
1. 250gm PANEER /cottage cheese
2. 1large /2 medium sized onion thinly sliced
3. 1large capsicum thinly sliced
4. 2 medium sized tamato(make a fine paste)
5. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
6. 2tbsp fresh cream
7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
8. 1/2 tsp zeera/cumin
9. pinch of hing/asafoetida
10. 1 tsp coriander powder
11.1/2 tsp salt
12. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
13. 1tsp kashmiri lal mirch powder
14. 2tbsp refined oil
15. 1tbsp butter/ghee
