Watching Out For High Fat Raw Vegan Recipes Pt2
Hey, Y’all! Join me here to discover delicious High Carb Low Fat (HCLF) Raw Vegan (HCLFRV) recipes from my kitchen, plus heaps of health tips and advice to inspire you on your low-fat raw vegan journey.

I made the decision more than 10 years ago to switch to a low-fat raw vegan diet. Changing my food intake healed me from a host of diseases. Along the way I lost 86 lbs. and even changed my eye color! Not to mention my outlook on life and life itself has never been more vibrant! As a High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan coach and mentor, I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them achieve their health goals on a low-fat raw vegan diet.

Every week I take you inside my kitchen and pantry to share my favorite High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan meals and snacks. I also dish out personal advice and tricks I’ve learned about how to start and stay on a low-fat raw vegan diet—everything from what’s my favorite blender (see below), to how to adapt your High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan for busy days.

My goal is to give you the support you need to succeed wherever you are on your health and nutrition journey—whether you are transitioning toward becoming vegetarian or vegan, becoming HCLF, or becoming HCLF Raw Vegan. Most importantly, I’m here to empower you to live and love more freely.

  1. Thank you for being the "content creator"!! Better to lead than follow. I'm so inspired by your videos!! Looking forward to talking with you. 🙂

  2. My favorite tips I've been practicing from you is to add zucchini to dressings as it bulks it up with almost zero calories and it doesn't take away from the flavor. Also to add more fresh herbs and experiment with spices and dried herbs as they do add a lot of flavour with virtually zero calories too! I am amazed how delicious dressings can be with a very small amount or even no overt fat. Thanks so much! 😁🌻😘

  3. Its not the amount of food, its what the food is… love your videos Tanny! You help me so much. Keep shining! 💛💛💛

  4. Love that color shirt ! I am gravitating towards the emerald sort of colors.
Just watched this and did not realized i missed part one but sure is a great
    video anyhow.

  5. Oh my, Tanny! I could never get tired of hearing this truth. I am 18 years old and so proud of myself that I have this knowledge. I love to be aware of what I put in my body and it's even better to hear someone else talking about it + getting even some more new information. In general I have been vegan for 1 year + 2 years of raw vegan/fruitarian. 3 years of being vegan and still gaining new information about our bodies every single day. Now that is what I call growth. Not only by aging, but also by learning HELPFUL, TRUTHFUL information, facts. Greetings from little Latvia. 🙂

  6. I know her, the lady who that recipe comes from, she’s a rail – so tiny! And all her recipes are high fat. I still won’t eat them bc I know fats go straight to my hips. Not sure what’s she doing to pull that off if she eats her recipes.

  7. I know from experience you are speaking the truth! 🌸🌸 🦋 on my salad I tend more towards using fresh fruits chopped or shredded and a few nuts in place of dressing and then just enough to get the flavor in every few bites. I have to be careful though because it’s easy for me to justify adding more fruit and nuts than I should have. Then I am truly miserable. 🤢Feel sick right after and then put on the extra wt to boot! 😏
