As a High Carb Low Fat Raw Vegan coach and mentor, I’ve worked with hundreds of people to help them achieve their health goals on a low-fat raw vegan diet.

  2. My favorite tips I've been practicing from you is to add zucchini to dressings as it bulks it up with almost zero calories and it doesn't take away from the flavor. Also to add more fresh herbs and experiment with spices and dried herbs as they do add a lot of flavour with virtually zero calories too! I am amazed how delicious dressings can be with a very small amount or even no overt fat. Thanks so much! 😁🌻😘

  5. Oh my, Tanny! I could never get tired of hearing this truth. I am 18 years old and so proud of myself that I have this knowledge. I love to be aware of what I put in my body and it's even better to hear someone else talking about it + getting even some more new information. In general I have been vegan for 1 year + 2 years of raw vegan/fruitarian. 3 years of being vegan and still gaining new information about our bodies every single day. Now that is what I call growth. Not only by aging, but also by learning HELPFUL, TRUTHFUL information, facts. Greetings from little Latvia. 🙂

  6. I know her, the lady who that recipe comes from, she’s a rail – so tiny! And all her recipes are high fat. I still won’t eat them bc I know fats go straight to my hips. Not sure what’s she doing to pull that off if she eats her recipes.

I know from experience you are speaking the truth! 🌸🌸 🦋 on my salad I tend more towards using fresh fruits chopped or shredded and a few nuts in place of dressing and then just enough to get the flavor in every few bites. I have to be careful though because it’s easy for me to justify adding more fruit and nuts than I should have. Then I am truly miserable. 🤢Feel sick right after and then put on the extra wt to boot! 😏
