✦ The Challenge ✦ Pick 1 big end goal and up to 6 daily goals you want to accomplish over the next 12 weeks. Daily goals should be simple, but will make a big difference over time. Here are mine …
🛏 – Make the bed
💪🏻 – Exercise (Increase each week by minutes, reps or intensity)
☘️ – Daily Greens
👗 – OOTD – Outfit of the day
🌸 – Gratitude Writing (Write about the things you are grateful for)
✨- Tidy up before bed
💩 – Remove Inflammatory Foods (Every other week, remove one thing from your diet that isn’t benefiting you in reaching your goals. Dairy, Sugar, Alcohol, Meat, Gluten, Caffeine). You can remove these all at once, but a more gentile approach with help avoid detox symptoms, and will also help your body to develop new lasting habits.

  5. Well you motivated me to the MAX…I am officially on day 1 of a raw food cleanse. Guna do raw food for a week and see how I feel. In exactly 1 week I will be getting my new slow juicer and then will be doing Joe Cross' Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead juice cleanse. Just for a week. And then will continue on with raw food for another week or so. Had water, celery juice and a huge salad today so far. Now it's smoothie time!
