Wood Oven Piadina & Pizza, Italian Piadina Wrap, London street Food
Pizza recipe Piadina

The Piadina is one of the most popular specialties of Italian cuisine, probably the same way as pizza, with which it often shares the seasonings. Pizza and Piadina also share most of their few ingredients, for which reason, the latter, may be used to create a pizza quickly and inexpensively, or the pizza Piadina: a simple recipe, light and tasty.

*4 piadine;
*250g mozzarella;
*200g of chopped tomatoes;
*2 zucchini;
*2 peppers;
*extra virgin olive oil q.b.
*Sale q.b.
*Basil q.b.

Preparation:

Sprinkle the flatbread with a small amount of tomato sauce, then add the mozzarella. Cut zucchini and peppers and add them to the flatbread, season with a little olive oil and a sprinkle of salt, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Add a few leaves of fresh basil at the end of cooking and serving.
